Residents wanting to find out the most-up-to-date burglary advice and pick up free crime prevention materials are invited to the next Safer Basildon Crime Prevention Roadshow.
During the event, which is taking place at Pitsea Market on Wednesday 17 April from 10am to 3pm, there will be an opportunity to talk to representatives from Essex Police, Safer Basildon and Neighbourhood Watch.
Free purse bells, card defenders, bike marking kits and other crime prevention materials will also be available.
