This Summer, visit Ai Weiwei: Making Sense at the Design Museum. This major exhibition, developed in collaboration with Ai Weiwei himself, is the first to present his work as a commentary on design and what it reveals about our changing values.
The show mixes recent works with commissioned pieces, inviting you into a meditation on value and humanity, art and activism. Or why not explore The Rossettis at Tate Britain. If you’re a fashionista, you will love Beyond the Little Black Dress at the National Museum, Scotland, a chance to discover the cultural significance of the little black dress and the radical power of the colour black. Or take a visit to The Fashion and Textile Museum and enter in to the world of Andy Warhol: The Textiles, where you can see patterns made for Glamour magazine, colourful prints and explore how textiles influenced his later creations. 50% off the ticket price for both exhibitions.
There’s even more to discover with the National Art Pass including free entry to Eltham Palace where you can explore 19 acres of award-winning gardens and delve inside the striking art deco mansion.
