18 Sep Family Carnival to take place at Haven House this Saturday
Mallards Wood Daycare Nursery and Treehouse Nursery School will hold a Family Carnival complete with a children’s parade at Haven House Children’s Hospice on Saturday 22 September.
The Mayors of Redbridge and Waltham Forest will be attending the carnival along with best-selling children’s cookery author Annabel Karmel.
All proceeds from the event will go to support Haven House at High Road, Woodford Green. The fun starts at 12pm with face painting, a bouncy castle, ice creams, candy floss, a BBQ, Pimm’s and beer tent for adults.
The carnival parade will take place from 3pm to 3.30pm. Children are invited to participate in the parade, dress up in costume, or just come along and join in the fun. There will also be a carnival King and Queen competition and live band throughout the afternoon.
