29 Nov #Colchester Cancer support group to hold social evening
The North East Essex Urology Cancer Support Group will meet in Colchester next week (7 Dec) for the last time in 2016.
It will be a social evening, which will include festive music, food, a raffle and a quiz.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday 7 December between 6pm and 8pm in Training Rooms South, Colchester General Hospital (near the hospital’s main entrance).
The meeting is open to patients, partners and carers whose lives have been affected by any urological cancer – kidney, prostate, bladder, testicular or penile.
People who attend will be able to park free of charge in front and to the left of Training Rooms South and behind Elmstead Day Unit.
The North East Essex Urology Cancer Support Group meets on the first Wednesday of every month, except in January and August.
Meetings are informal and people attending have plenty of time to chat with each other. Activities also include social evenings, guest speakers and a chance to meet clinicians.
