Taking place on Saturday 16th May from 10am until 4pm along Billericay High Street, the market will showcase a great line up of artisan food and drink, offering visitors a delicious day out filled with local flavour and independent traders.

Visitors can expect everything from cheese to chilli, craft beer, tasty bakes, jams and much more, alongside a range of handcrafted goods and unique foodie finds. Designed to celebrate local producers and support the High Street, the event promises something for every taste.

Nikki Machin, BID Manager for Your Billericay commented, “After such a fantastic response to our Easter event, we’re delighted to bring even more to the High Street this year. The Artisan Food & Drink Market is all about celebrating local talent, supporting independent businesses and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for the whole community to enjoy.”

Also on the horizon is the first-ever Your Billericay Community Parade and Fun Day, taking place on Sunday 13th September.

The High Street will be transformed as it closes to traffic, welcoming community groups of all ages to parade through the town in a celebration of local spirit. Following the parade, the High Street will remain open for a fun-filled day of activities, bringing together residents, businesses and visitors in a true celebration of Billericay.

Community groups from Billericay and the surrounding areas are invited to take part, with further details to be announced soon. Those interested in getting involved are encouraged to register their interest via the Your Billericay website.

With a growing calendar of events, Your Billericay continues to champion the High Street as a destination for community, culture and local business.

The upcoming Artisan Food & Drink Market is set to be the perfect way to spend a Saturday in Billericay, so visitors are encouraged to bring their friends, bring their appetite and enjoy a day supporting local makers.
