The ultimate big screen experience arrives in Colchester as Vue opens its doors
Vue’s team in Colchester has celebrated its new state-of-the-art venue opening, with local film fans now able to enjoy the ultimate big screen experience in the town.
The opening coincides with the release of Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu which is available to watch on the venue’s biggest screen, EPIC by Vue which can only be found in a handful of Vue locations throughout the UK.
EPIC by Vue features next generation HDR powered by Barco laser projection, combined with Dolby Atmos sound, creating a fully immersive experience, with up to six times the brightness and ten times the sound channels of a standard cinema.
Vue Colchester also includes a new intuitive retail concept, Vue Your Way, and is one of the first to offer a new hot food range including delicious hot mains and sides such as signature hot dogs, stone baked pizza slices, chicken tenders and popcorn chicken, as well as mouthwatering mini doughnuts and mini pancakes desserts.
