The recipes are sure to hit the spot as The Skinny Cookie Co Choc Chip Cookies are baked with a delectable fusion of sugar free dark chocolate chips and desiccated coconut, while The Skinny Cookie Co Ginger Crunch Cookies feature the perfect flavour pairing of crystallized ginger and apricots.
