Taylor Wimpey will launch a sustainable new development of 210 high-quality homes in Frinton-on-Sea this month.
Samphire Meadow, in Elm Tree Avenue, will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, along with large areas of green space and children’s play areas for both new residents and the wider community to enjoy.
Samphire Meadow has been designed to include features that will help minimise its environmental impact. Solar panels will be installed on each home and there will be infrastructure for electric car charging on, or close to, each plot. Modern materials and fittings mean that buyers will save on average around £2,600 per year in energy bills compared to a second-hand home*.
The development will launch from the sales office at The Laurels, in nearby Kirby Cross, on Saturday 19th November, with customers urged to book an appointment so they don’t miss out.
