13 Oct STEP BACK IN TIME THIS CHRISTMAS AT PERRYWOOD GARDEN CENTRE
The opening of Perrywood Garden Centre’s famous Christmas Shop at Tiptree is creating a quite a stir! This year the spectacular Christmas displays are themed ‘Step Back in Time’ and are looking to be the best yet! The showstopping displays take you on a nostalgic journey down memory lane through some of Britain’s best-loved decades, featuring iconic styles and decorations, starting from the 1980’s going right back to the 1800’s. There are opportunities to take festive selfies whilst you browse and you can’t help but be inspired with so many ideas on how to make your home & garden truly magical this Christmas. The Christmas shop at their second garden centre, Perrywood Sudbury in Suffolk, is also open.
On Wednesday 9th November, Perrywood Tiptree will be open until 9pm for their Christmas late night launch evening with live music as well as food and drink tasting. Then they will open late every Wednesday until 7.30pm up to 7th December.
Retail Director, Simon Bourne, commented “This year we’ve gone all out to create a nostalgic experience to appeal to all ages. Step back in time through the decades. It starts with a 1980’s colour explosion full of poptastic vibes and ends in the 1800’s, with trees full of pastel pinks and fluffy owls. Since we opened on 1st October, there has been a real buzz and we’ve heard plenty of ‘wows’. We are looking forward to the late night openings as it’s the perfect time to fully appreciate all the twinkling Christmas lights.”
This year Perrywood has introduced a new personal shopping service, offering customers the chance to book an exclusive appointment with one of the team who will be on hand to help choose the perfect products for the home, including artificial trees, decorations, ornaments and wreaths. The team will use their experience of dressing trees, and knowledge of the range, to help put together the perfect scheme. Bookings are available now.
In celebration of their Christmas opening Perrywood are giving the first 50 customers into the garden centre before 10am on Saturday 22nd / 29th October and 5th November a token to receive 10% discount on Christmas items, the tokens must be used before 11am on the same day and can be spent on all Christmas decorations!
