A care home in Essex welcomes two new managers to their growing team
Qualified nurse and experienced home manager, Renata Sulugiuc, now leads the team at Riverdale Care Home, which is situated on Duggers Lane in Braintree.
Renata is an experienced registered nurse who brings over a decade of experience to her new role, having previously worked as a nurse in Romania and as a nurse, clinical lead, unit manager, deputy manager and interim home manager in England.
Mrs Sulugiuc will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, which can accommodate up to 40 residents.
She said: “I am thrilled to be joining the team at Riverdale and helping to make a positive contribution to the lives of our residents and their families. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people. I am ambitious and friendly with a huge passion for my work in care, and I am excited to continue making Riverdale a home where life is to be loved.”
The team are also delighted to welcome their new operations support manager, Razvan Stanbeca, alongside Renata.
A qualified staff nurse with both clinical and managerial experience, Razvan brings seven years of care home experience to his new role.
Razvan said: “I am really looking forward to supporting Renata and the team here at Riverdale. It is a lovely home and I am proud to be part of a company that puts residents first but also cares for its employees as individuals.”
