I was truly living under a rock until a colleague told me about Willetts who are truly the real smokehouse, based in Harlow within the confines of the town centre this could easily become my new guilty pleasure.

Sooo where do I start!

I had to go for The Ultimate as I was in a little on the hungry side, the Mount Killimanjaro of burgers was with me some five minutes later and it boasted of Beef, pulled pork and pulled chicken … Complete with a succulent BBQ sauce I could almost smell the delightful munch before I sat down to eat it.
