23 May Prezzo’s new Spring & Summer menu launches in Essex based restaurants
This May, Prezzo has rolled-out its all-new Spring & Summer menu in its Essex restaurants, paying homage to the restaurant’s Italian routes. Celebrating quality ingredients and Prezzo chef’s meticulous attention to detail, the new menu introduces a brand new pizza range – alongside new mouthwatering starters, pasta dishes, desserts and drinks.
The menu will be rolled out in restaurants across Essex, including Rayleigh, Clacton on Sea, Witham, Chelmsford and Braintree branches.
The Spring & Summer menu introduces a brand new pizza base – Pinsa – with three new pizzas adorning the menu: Mushroom, Burrata & Truffle, Chicken & Roasted Peppers and Smoky Tre Carni. The latest addition of ‘cloud-like’ Pinsa Romano style pizzas, hand-pressed by Prezzo chefs, offers diners a taste of Italy with its crisp, airy crusts and delicious toppings.
Prezzo has also re-introduced the pizzetta – a smaller pizza served with a scrumptious side salad – making this the perfect option for lunch. All the classic pizzas available on Prezzo’s main menu can be substituted for the smaller pizzetta option, including the all-new Tuna Pesto pizza, featuring a white béchamel based pizza. Other brand new classic options introduced on the Spring & Summer menu include the Courgette & Black Olive pizza, topped with chargrilled courgettes sourced from southern Italy and the Mortadella Mushroom pizza which sees Prezzo’s hand-stretched dough topped with Italian mortadella, butter-roasted mushrooms and mascarpone cheese. The all-new Marinara pizza is also a perfect option for vegans, made from the highest quality Mutti Italian tomatoes.
Last but not least, Prezzo has introduced the Calabrese Calzone – a Calzone filled with smoky pork sausage crumbs, spicy ‘nduja, mozzarella and Calabrese tomato sauce.

Alongside the all-new pizza range, new mouthwatering starters include earthy Mushroom and Mascarpone Arancini, a chargrilled Artichoke, Olive and Tomato Salad and an all-new Pizza Twist – filled with mozzarella, béchamel, black pepper and served with any dip of choice.
Pesto fanatics can get their fix this spring, as Prezzo has raised the game by offering two new pasta dishes. The Creste di Gallo dish stars Prezzo’s house pesto and is topped with creamy burrata, whilst the all-new Pea & Goat’s Cheese Ravioli is filled with sweet peas and creamy goat’s cheese and served in a cacio e pepe sauce.
To accompany the new flavours of the pizza and pastas on offer, diners can also tuck into the new Seabass with Gnocchi and Saffron grill, or the Vegetarian Calabrese Burger, topped with spicy Calabrese ketchup.
Kids can enjoy delicious mains, with new additions including tasty Rigatoni and Spaghetti Meatballs in Pomodoro sauce as well as classics including creamy carbonara and rich bolognese served with freshly cooked spaghetti.
Dessert lovers can enjoy an array of new gelatos and sorbets with flavours including Vanilla, Mango, Chocolate and Raspberry alongside a variety of delicious sweet treats favourites such as Tiramisu, Sicilian Lemon Meringue Pie and Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake with Banana.
To go alongside the new dishes, Prezzo has announced new seasonal spring spritzes available in Strawberry & Bergamot and Blood Orange & Peach. Non-alcoholic beverages are also on offer.
