Prolific DJ, musician and global icon Peggy Gou has today announced her biggest London show to date taking place at Gunnersbury Park on Saturday 17th August 2024. Gou will be joined by captivating Brazilian tech house DJ Mochakk, LSDXOXO, Sally C and Hiver for one of the most anticipated electronic live shows in the capital this summer. From underground sensation to global icon, Gou has become one of the world’s most recognised names in dance music and beyond. As the founder of music and design label Gudu and as a keen collaborator with a family of distinctive creatives, Gou has distilled these passions into a celebration of electronic music and alternative culture, harvesting a personal vision that resonates universally.
In recent years, Gou’s star has continued to rise with feverish ascent, playing packed out gigs across the globe and racking up millions of streams on singles such as ‘It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)’, ‘Starry Night’ and 2023’s global, chart-topping hit ‘(It Goes Like) Nanana’. Now she’s bringing her live show spectacle to Gunnersbury Park this summer for a mammoth event.
From striking warehouse bangers to emotional melodic anthems, Mochakk’s back catalogue showcases such variety that it pulls you straight into his engaging universe. From references in jazz, soul and hip hop, the Brazilian tech house DJ will also be appearing alongside Peggy Gou at Gunnersbury Park this summer for a milestone moment.
LSDXOXO has been fast garnering attention for the way he merges mainstream pop sounds with ghetto house and hardcore beats, he’ll be joined at Gunnersbury Park this August by Sally C, an artist who traverses the gamut of vintage house, hip house acid and breakbeat sounds, plus Italian DJ duo Hiver.
West London’s Gunnersbury Park has become established as one of London’s favourite outdoor venues and will play host to a series of concerts offering a vibrant mix of music genres in August 2024, including previously announced shows with PJ Harvey (August 18), KoRn (11 August), FISHER (9 August) and Tom Grennan (August 10). In 2023 it hosted sold-out 5-star appearances from boygenius, JOJI, KYGO and Limp Bizkit, with more brilliant shows set to be announced for 2024.
