11 Mar Official launch of Chat 1st Wellbeing Programme at the Brentwood Centred
Last Friday (8th March) we were delighted to officially launch the new Chat 1st Wellbeing Programme at the Brentwood Centre with our amazing team of staff and volunteers.
It was great to let everyone know about our new programme of opportunities and we would like to thank everyone who came along to the launch event and meet everyone involved including:

Chat 1st was borne of a vision to bring together the best of The Brentwood Centre and it’s inclusive projects.
The Brentwood Centre has long been a model of inclusivity within the leisure industry. The next step was to create a way to champion the great work being done and also to provide a single point of entry for people looking to get involved in physical activity; a place where you could turn if you weren’t quite sure of the support available to you.
So whether it’s Fit & Fed, Cardiac Rehab, our MS Group, Fitness for Health, Ace Weight Matters, Wellbeing Walks, Young at Heart, Aquacess, Aqua Mobility, Cancer Rehab, Disability Swimming, our Autism programme, Mental Wellbeing classes, Dementia programmes, Friday Night Take Over, the Community Garden, Tea Dances or Active Bingo… Chat 1st is the place to find out.
