A show home has been launched at the Bovis Homes Coggeshall Mill location in the Essex town of Coggeshall.
Bovis Homes is building 161 properties at the development of Colchester Road, including a mix of two to five-bedroom houses, and two-bedroom coach houses split between 105 private, and 56 affordable homes.
The four-bedroom Maple show home offers potential homebuyers at the development the first chance to look around a completed and decorated property.
