Ginny Idehen, CEO, Mid and North East Essex Mind, is delighted to bring these training sessions to Braintree. She said: “Suffolk Mind has successfully developed the Mental Health Toolkit. We’re delighted to be working closely with them to offer The Mental Health Toolkit in our local area, to support everyone with their mental wellbeing.”
She continued: “The Mental Health Toolkit is designed to help people manage their emotions and become more aware of how we can manage and maintain good mental health. We’re grateful that we’re able to bring the toolkit to Braintree, with the support of Braintree District Council as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. One of the most important things we can do is look after our own mental health and wellbeing, and the grant helps us to support people to do this.”
The Mental Health Toolkit: The Essentials is a foundation course that teaches individuals and teams the tools and techniques to look after their own mental health and those around them. The half-day workshop will provide a taste of the approach, to give attendees the chance to look at their mental health differently and see if the course is right for them.
