14 Feb Mayor of Basildon David Harrison got on his bike for charities
The Mayor of Basildon David Harrison, got on his bike today with SnapFitness 24/7 in Basildon to fundraise for his Charities – Be Child Cancer Aware and the Polly Parrot Appeal for the children’s Wards at Basildon Hospital.
Mr Harris joined staff and members of the fitness centre doing a 12hour pedalthon.
Mr Harrison said “my stint was just for five minutes, so I must thank the twelve people, led by manager Rob Forster, for putting in an hour each on the bike – although my brief effort let fitness trainer Rez Ahmed have a brief rest!”
