Leading Manningtree-based employee research consultancy, The Survey Initiative, has appointed Owen Iredale, 23, as Research Executive.

Owen recently graduated from University of Bristol with a degree in biology, which he passed with first class honours.  During his time at university he also made the quarter finals of University Challenge and is looking forward to putting his brain to good use. He says: “I’m very keen to develop my research and analytical skills whilst getting to grips with the world of human resources and employee engagement. It’s an exciting time in The Survey Initiative’s development and I’m really pleased to be able to support the company’s growth.”

The Survey Initiative has won a series of new clients over the past 12 months and has added a wide variety of organisations to their customer base, including: English National Opera, Care UK, Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Historic England, Institute of Cancer Research, Pay.UK and Steer Group.

 

Gary Cattermole, Director, The Survey Initiative, welcomes Owen and is expecting strong growth in 2020. He explains: “We’re delighted to have Owen on board. He’s clearly a bright young spark with a great future ahead of him, I’m sure he’ll be a big asset to The Survey Initiative. 2020 promises to be an exciting year for us, we’re set to launch new research software, which will give us the opportunity to not only run employee research, but break into marketing and customer feedback research too.”

 

The Survey Initiative was set-up over ten years ago to create bespoke employee surveys and employee consultation services to big brands and SMEs. The company specialises in employee engagement, 360-degree surveys, staff surveys and employee empowerment surveys.
