03 Oct Local team take to the road for Armed Forces charity
Darren Harbottle-Sellens, Matthew Clark, Paul Cadden and Shawn Langley of Atlas Adventure in Great Dunmow are set to race to the Arctic Circle on Sunday 8th October in a bid to win the ‘Boom Banger Rally: Northern Lights’ and raise money for children’s Armed Forces charity, Scotty’s Little Soldiers.
Darren and his team will take to the road this weekend in a Ninja Turtle themed £100 Rover 75 Estate, as part of a unique battle against other drivers in ‘bangers’.
Atlas Adventure, a company based in Great Dunmow, Uttlesford, manages exciting school trips around the world for UK kids. The company works with children on a regular basis and Operations Director Darren felt a certain affinity when hearing about Scotty’s Little Soldiers and the charity’s work.
