30 Mar Local students donate more than 100 Easter eggs
Students gathered more than 100 Easter eggs in just three days to donate to children at Basildon University Hospital.
The year 10 pupils at Castleview School in Canvey wanted to do something to cheer up sick children.
Suzanne Reynolds, paediatric matron, said: “We’re very thankful to all the pupils who donated; it’s very thoughtful and will help to brighten up the children’s day.”
