A local has scooped bronze at the Invictus Games in powerlifting!
Abbie Kasparis from London Borough of Redbridge has won bronze at the Invictus Games in powerlifting.
Abbie Kasparis on winning a bronze in powerlifting: “I couldn’t believe it. That was a personal best so a bronze is fantastic.”
She added “My brother put the medal around my neck which made it extra special. I’ve been nervous but Invictus is super exciting and has given me so much confidence.”
