06 Dec Jake Bugg announces intimate charity concert
Menswear specialists, rock ‘ n’ roll champions and football fans scotts extend their current Coming Home 4 Christmas with confirmation of a very special intimate show from Jake Bugg. Having recently played a sold-out 10,000 capacity show at Nottingham Motorpoint Arena, Jake Bugg will visit London to play in front of just 200 people at The Lexington on December 15th.
Hosted in partnership with the rock ‘n’ roll club night and record label This Feeling, tickets for the show are available. All ticket proceeds will be donated to Mind. The mental health charity provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, and also campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of such issues.
Jake says, “I’m extremely pleased to announce I’ll be playing at The Lexington for scotts to celebrate their Coming Home 4 Christmas campaign! All proceeds go to the charity Mind. See you there!”
The show is the latest collaboration between Jake Bugg and scotts after the musician featured in two of their Under The Spotlight campaigns. Their most recent shoot features Notts County fan Jake (he even sponsors their current away shirt) photographed at the team’s Meadow Lane Stadium, sporting a selection of essential winter looks from Adidas Originals – all of which are available from scotts’ webstore.
The show also features an acoustic set from special guest Fitzoy Holt. Setting raw and revealing lyricism to an open-minded cocktail of R&B, soul, psychedelia and blues, the singer-songwriter has already won the backing of influential supporters including BBC Music Introducing, Clash and Gigwise.
