11 Jul @HECommunityFarm will be hosting their third annual Farm Fest this weekend
On Saturday July 16 The Herts and Essex Community Farm will be hosting their third annual Farm Fest.
This year’s event hopes to be bigger and better than last year and will again be split into two parts.
In the day the festival will take place at the farm site in Foldcroft from 1pm until 8pm, and will include food stalls and live music.
The day will also a feature fresh produce market with all produce grown at the farm, local arts and crafts, children’s activities, comedy and spoken word artists and workshops and talks in the farm’s new willow classroom area.
Food options will include a BBQ, Salt Beef Bagels, a Vegan kitchen and cupcakes and sweet treats from baker Tegan the Vegan.
From 8pm onwards the festival will move over to The Square with a full bill of live music until late.
Music will come from local acts, I am Alice, Don’t Worry, Keiren Mitchell, Kebab Shop Blues, Rock School, Mr B and the Poets and many, many more.
