Harlow Local Plan consultation extended

02 Apr Harlow Local Plan consultation extended

The consultation on the main modifications to Harlow’s Local Plan, proposed by the independent Planning Inspector, has been extended to 31 May 2020 due to the national coronavirus situation.

Harlow Council has extended the consultation closing date to allow people more time to submit their comments. However, if people are still unable to submit their comments by the new deadline, they are encouraged to contact the council.

The coronavirus situation has also meant that public buildings, which had copies of the consultation documents to view, are now closed until further notice.

All the documents are available online via the council’s website www.harlow.gov.uk<http://www.harlow.gov.uk/> However, the council is also providing hard copies to people unable to access online copies, free of charge. Residents can request copies of documents by either emailing [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> or calling 01279 446577<ctxtel:01279%20446577>.
