12 Mar Harlow Council welcomes global company Renesas to Harlow Innovation Park
The first lease has been signed for Harlow Council’s flagship development Nexus building at Harlow Innovation Park.
Harlow Council is pleased to welcome global company Renesas to the Harlow Innovation Park at Maypole Boulevard. Renesas headquarters are in Japan and they employ around 19,000 people across the world including operations in Asia, North America, South America, Middle East and in Europe. They will be moving their UK office from within the town and expanding it at Nexus occuping a whole floor of the building with upwards of 30 staff and creating at least 20 jobs in the future. The 10 year lease will see the company occupy 10,000 square feet.
Renesas focuses on a broad range of automotive, industrial, home electronics, office automation, and information communication technology applications. The company’s solutions enable billions of devices to connect, enhancing the way people work and live.
