14 May Fitness In Mind to host FREE Yoga Class at the Brentwood Centre
This year, Mental Health Awareness Week (14th– 20th May) is focusing on stress. To help everyone take one hour out of their week and learn some techniques to help manage and reduce their stress, Fitness in Mind will be offering a FREE yoga class!
The class will be 11.00 – 12.00 on Friday 18th May in the main hall at the Brentwood Centre, Doddinghurst Road, CM15 9NN. Everyone is welcome. To join in, simply turn up on the day.
Having launched in January 2016 Fitness in Mind is now in its third year and has successfully supported hundreds of people, of all ages and abilities, to establish a regular fitness routine and greater social and mental wellbeing.
Fitness in Mind is a fully inclusive programme so whether it’s stress or anxiety, a physical or learning disability, or a diagnosed mental health condition, they are there to help. The programme provides exclusive exercise classes for 12 weeks completely FREE for anyone age 16 and upwards, although 13 years and upwards can attend with a guardian.
