23 Mar Festival Leisure Park announces arrival of new artisan market
Visitors to Festival Leisure Park in Basildon will find an array of stalls to browse when they visit on Sunday 3rd April. The new Artisan Market, with a range of traders including food stalls selling fudge and chutneys, homewares such as bath bombs and candles, and handmade jewellery is an opportunity for local businesses to showcase and sell local products and crafts from 9am to 2pm.
Matthew Chambers Centre Manager at Festival Leisure Park said, “We are thrilled to announce the first Artisan Market which will be taking place at Festival Leisure Park on Sunday 3rd April. We hope customers enjoy browsing the stalls while visiting the park and find some unique gems to treat themselves while visiting Festival.”
April will also see the return to Festival of the hugely popular Superheroes & Villains event. On Easter Sunday, 17th April, TV and movie favourites including Batman and a host of superhero cars will be at the park for the ultimate selfie. The event takes place from 11am – 4pm.
Festival Leisure Park is home to a host of leisure venues for all ages including 360 Play, Hollywood Bowl, and Mr Mulligans Golf, plus restaurants and bars including Wagamamas, Kervan Kitchen, Bella Italia and Nandos. The park also boasts an 18 screen Cineworld cinema and plenty of free parking, including electric charging points.
