Feedback from happy buyers in Essex helps secure Bellway its tenth year as a 5-star homebuilder

Bellway staff in Essex have been praised for their ‘dedication and passion’ by CEO Jason Honeyman after the company was named as a 5-star homebuilder for the tenth year in a row, based on feedback from customers.
The accolade is awarded by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) based on responses to the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. New‑build buyers complete the survey twice after purchasing their home, at eight weeks and again at nine months. The award is determined using a combined score that reflects both build quality and the level of service received.
Jason said: “I am delighted that Bellway has been awarded the prestigious HBF 5-star homebuilder status for the tenth year running. This accolade is especially meaningful because it is based on the feedback from our customers, making it the most important recognition we can receive.

Bellway is building new homes at developments across Essex, including in Chelmsford, Saffron Walden, Great Dunmow, Silver End, Witham, Maldon, Fobbing, Henham and Romford. It is also building homes under its Ashberry Homes brand in Great Dunmow.
