24 Oct EXCLUSIVE: CEO of Essex based Romet Group opens up on Brexit fiasco
The CEO of leading British hospitality company Romet Group has shared his thoughts about the true impact of Brexit on the hospitality sector.
In a candid interview with us Essex based businessman Lorenzo Manconi of Romet Group told us “The continued lack of awareness from the government in how much turbulence the Brexit fiasco is causing for businesses such as myself is very upsetting.”
Manconi whose Romet Group owns eateries such as Pivaz Restuarants, Venerdi Restuarant and Hackney’s Fish&Co has seen customer numbers become unpredictable meaning they can no more effectively budget for the coming months.
Manconi added “We usually have a set number of budgeted footfall and tables to be served on each night of the week, now even with weekends we can no longer effectively plan for what sort of crowd we will get.”
