27 Jan Essex Stars Dazzle in Rio Ferdinand’s Rosso restuarant re-launch event

Rio Ferdinand hosted a star-studded relaunch party at the restaurant on Thursday night, The venue, which the former England defender explains used to be a bank, has been stripped back in its renovation to show off its historic Grade II features.
It was a true evening of bliss and elegance as stars from TV and the sporting world came together to support former Manchester United and England defender Rio reopen the doors of his popular Italian eatery Rosso following a full refurbishment.
Adding to the glamour was TOWIE star Danielle Armstrong who made the journey from her native Essex, she later tweeted: ‘Wow @RossoRestaurant looks amazing.’ Danielle was without close friend and TOWIE co-star Kate Wright following claims that she is the midst of a blossoming romance with retired footballer Rio.
BGT singer Paul Manners was in attendance joined by talent agent Jay Austin, Ellie Weekender and Weekender whose hit TV show Ibiza Weekender returns next month made their presence known. Other notable stars on the night included Rebecca Ferguson and Drifters legend Roy G Hemmings who were all snapped living it up at the event.
After a tough couple of years for Rio after the sad passing of his wife, Rosso’s re-launch was clearly the success he set it out to be and is set to rise up to be yet another celebrity hostpot up north.
