ESSEX HOUSEBUILDER SHOWCASES BRAND NEW SELECTION OF FOUR BED PROPERTIES

19 Oct ESSEX HOUSEBUILDER SHOWCASES BRAND NEW SELECTION OF FOUR BED PROPERTIES

Barratt and David Wilson Homes is encouraging families in Essex to consider opting for a brand new four bedroom home at one of its developments across the county.

The housebuilder is currently selling a variety of family-friendly properties at its developments in Burnham-on-Crouch, Hullbridge, Fambridge, Hatfield Peverel and Great Dunmow.

Annette Hurst, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, said: “For growing families, or for families wanting to upsize, we have a vast selection of contemporary new homes available at a number of our Essex developments.

“Those on the look out for a spacious, modern home in the area should book an appointment with one of our Sales Advisers who will be able to discuss how to secure one of our sought-after new family properties.”

The Government’s recent budget announcement of a cut to stamp duty taxation means that homebuyers will now be able to afford more sizeable homes for less.

The stamp duty on a home worth between £250,000 and £925,000 – which is within the price range of all Barratt and David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties’ four bedroom properties – is just 5%, and a house worth up to £425,000 contains zero stamp duty for first-time buyers.

At a time where heating, electricity and water bills are costing homeowners more than they have ever done before, Barratt and David Wilson Homes is also reassuring customers about the energy efficiency of their new homes.

According to David Wilson Homes, a brand-new home could be up to 65% cheaper to run than a standard Victorian equivalent, saving homeowners over £2,400 per year on their energy bills.

Barratt and David Wilson Homes also uses the latest water and energy saving appliances, which reduce kitchen and bathroom expenditure by up to 26% per day per person.

David Wilson Homes is building a variety of four bedroom homes at the following developments in Essex: Corinthian Place, High Elms Park, Riverside Grange, Mortimer Place and Great Dunmow Grange.
