03 Jan Essex businessman Frank Khalid joins stars at Atletico Madrid game
Essex businessman Frank Khalid joined footballers at a Champions League game last year after scoring an invite from his old friend, ex-Chelsea striker Diego Costa.
Khalid who owns West London Film Studios, Chak89 Restaurant & Elbrook Cash and Carry was invited to come and watch Atletico Madrid in action during a Champions League game at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium in Madrid.
Opening up about the experience, Frank told us “It was such a humbling experience for me, whilst I am a Chelsea fan through and through I am still filled with the love for the game.”
Frank met all the team after the game including Diego Costa himself and the manager Diego Simone. Discussing that experience he said “They are very humble people and very easy going, I was humbled to meet them.”
