Cala Homes has unveiled its first Showhome of Support initiative at its new development at Ingatestone Grove, located between Brentwood and Chelmsford.
The initiative has involved the major homebuilder collaborating with local artisan retailers and independent creators to help accessorise its first showhome, launching at Ingatestone Grove, providing independents with a platform to showcase their products to residents and potential homebuyers.
A selection of items was carefully curated and sourced from Mountnessing, Chelmsford, and Ingatestone.
In the kitchen, shelves are stocked with Chilli Jam from LAST JAR, golden honey from Hylands Estate in Chelmsford, and a selection of Bakehouse preserves. Coffee lovers will enjoy a rich roast from Mr Cavendish Coffee House, while evenings call for Gin-O-Cello from Essex Spirits Co.
Around the living spaces, natural touches bring warmth and character. Dried pampas from The Blue Dandelion add softness and texture, while handcrafted trinket dishes by Ceramics by Alex sit on the dressing table.
In the bathroom, Abigail’s Organic Soap Bar in Lime, Basil & Mandarin offers a fresh, botanical scent, complemented by the handwash and lotion set from Fifibells Gifts and a handmade toiletry bag from Cosima’s.
Across the home, each piece not only adds to the style and comfort of the interiors but also reflects the creativity and quality craftsmanship found throughout the region.
Each business featured in the showhome has been highlighted with signage throughout the property and is also profiled on Cala’s website as part of the ongoing campaign to promote supporting local.
