As a continued commitment to supporting their clients when they need them most, the team at SVC Group in Colchester has announced that they’ve responded to client growth demands and introduced two more specialist areas to their recruitment remit.
“We’ve been a recruitment specialist for 20 years next year, and in this time, we’ve placed absolutely thousands of candidates in new careers. This is such a great achievement for us” says SVC Group’s Director of Sales, Melanie Carpenter.
She asded “We’re so proud to have changed our candidates’ lives for the better and been a vital support to our clients during their growth periods.”
With clients across all industry sectors including: manufacturing, engineering, publishing and the charity space to name just a few, the list is constantly growing.
“One minute we’ll be recruiting for a head of operations for a manufacturing client, then the phone will ring, and we’ll be asked to help a leisure club find a lifeguard for that afternoon and twenty people to run the bar that evening – it’s exciting and incredibly fast moving!” says Mel.
SVC Group’s CEO told us “I created two specialist positions, so we could lead in this area and further support our clients.”
In July, Lisa Barwood joined the SVC Group team as the marketing and media recruitment specialist.
Lisa has worked in Marketing and Media for some ten years before moving into a recruitment role last summer.
“We wanted to make sure we hired someone who had been there and done it themselves” told Amanda.
