Leading Essex-based employee research consultancy, The Survey Initiative, has continued to expand with a series of impressive new business wins across its service divisions.
The Survey Initiative landed rapidly-expanding food producer, Mizkan; which boasts industry-leading brands, such as Kikkomen, Branston Pickle, Haywards Pickled Vegetables and Sarson’s Vinegar. Adding to its expanding portfolio of clients in the travel sector, The Survey Initiative won Imperial Hotels, a family-owned chain of unique hotels in central London. Here the consultancy will manage a bespoke employee engagement survey, which will be issued to its 1000-strong workforce.
Building on its network of clients within the construction sector, the consultancy added leading builder’s merchants, Jewson, and manufacturer of ductile iron pipe and fittings for water and sewage networks, Saint Gobain PAM.
The finance division won major contracts with UK Finance, an organisation which represents nearly 300 of the leading firms providing finance, banking, markets and payments-related services. Plus IFRS (International Financial Regulating Standards) a body which aims to bring transparency, accountability and efficiency to financial markets around the world.
The Survey Initiative’s healthcare division also gained SW Area Health Network to run an employee engagement survey amongst their workforce. Other contract wins include: SA Global Serbia and United Synagogue.
The new contract wins continue strong business growth throughout 2018 for The Survey Initiative as Director, Gary Cattermole, explains: “Organisations understand that they need to invest in their biggest asset, their people.
