Staff from Cygnet Hospital Colchester will be talking about how local jobseekers can make a positive difference to the lives of people with severe and enduring mental illness during an open day to recruit health workers.
The 54-bed specialist rehabilitation service on Boxted Road, Colchester provides a range of intensive support and rehabilitation services for men with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or mental health needs, and is recruiting support workers to join their team.

Increased demand for specialist services like ours means it is crucial to recruit talented and compassionate individuals to help reduce the current pressure on the sector.”
