Crust Bros team up with no.2 best burger in the world Black Bear Burger to launch the ultimate Pizza x Burger collab this summer

This summer, award-winning pizza brand Crust Bros and cult London favourite Black Bear Burger have come together to finally answer one of the capital’s biggest food debates – burger or pizza? Priced at £17.50, the limited edition Crust Bros x Black Bear Burger will be available at both Crust Bros pizzerias (Covent Garden, Waterloo) from Thursday 9th July.

A Crust Bros collaboration with London’s longstanding cult favourite Black Bear Burger (currently the official no.2 best burger in the world) has long been on the cards. Friends since the early days of London’s street food scene, the crews have been talking about creating something special together for a long time, and are ready to finally deliver a pizza that promises to satisfy both pizza and burger lovers across the capital.

Built on a San Marzano burger sauce base with fior di latte, it’s topped with smashed beef patty pieces, guanciale, pink pickled onion slices, and Red Leicester cheese before being served with Black Bear Burger’s signature miso mayo for next-level crust dipping.

Award winning pizza brand Crust Bros has earned a growing reputation for bringing an innovative, fun, and elevated take to Neapolitan pizza; this year already collaborating with the likes of plant-based institution Mildred’s, Michelin Guide accredited Mexican restaurant Cavita, and Richard Corrigan’s Daffodil Mulligan.

Available at both Crust Bros pizzerias for a limited time from 9th July.
