With National Vegetarian Week is coming up next week from 15th to the 21st May a Caribbean eatery has added some exciting vegetarian dishes to their menu!

Caribbean restaurant and bar, Turtle Bay who have a branch in Chelmsford is celebrating this with the addition of fabulous new vegetarian and vegan dishes to its menu.

There’s a fantastic and creative choice of starters and mains that are suitable for a light lunch or an evening meal at Turtle Bay.

The Spiced Chickpea Ital Wrap, Vital Veggie Beach Platter and the Spinach, Aubergine & Sweet Potato Curry are all new and all veggie/vegan friendly.

Okra Ladies’ Fingers are a sizzling new side order from the Caribbean – totally moreish!

The new Beach Salad range provides a lighter, fresher, superfood option for diners who are after quick, healthy bites. Perfect for summer!

The “Chow” menu represents another way to liven up and refresh traditional Turtle Bay choices – it’s a fresh fruit salad from Trinidad made from chopped watermelon or pineapple marinated in herbs such as coriander.
