Charlotte Wibberley, is in the running with 2 other finalists, with voting now open to the public, before the judging panel make final decisions.
Celebrating its 180th year Pitman Training is marking this milestone with the opportunity to give back to the community, to help reward people committed to driving their careers forward in a bid to inspire more of the British workforce to strive for more.
All winners will receive a prestigious SuperAchievers Award; a cash prize of £500 to help them on their way to achieving their goals and a free distance learning training course from Pitman Training Group.
Charlotte is mum to two children aged 4 and 2 and works as an entrepreneur.
Charlotte is now an Online Business Manager and CEO and Co-Founder of VIA VA. Establishing a new business with such a young family has not been easy but with the support of her husband and extended family Charlotte has learnt to overcome her own ‘imposter syndrome’.
Speaking following being announced as a finalist Charlotte said “I am on a mission to support other mums like me in creating a lifestyle that means they don’t have to compromise or ‘miss out’ in either their career or in their roles as mothers. I believe that I am a champion for working mums across the UK and I would like to be able to reach out to more and share my experience, to be able to hopefully inspire them to think ‘I can do it too!’”
Winners of the SuperAchievers are determined by a combined judges vote and the public vote. Voting is now open for Charlotte at www.pitmansuperachievers.com until 27 April.
