Chelmsford City Council is offering a huge range of Whitsun holiday activities this May, with Get In! Active Fun and Get In! Skills Clinics at four leisure centres across the area.

Taking place at Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre, South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre, Dovedale Leisure Centre and Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre (CSAC), Skills Clinics and Active Fun courses offer great fun and learning for children aged between two to 16. They’re designed to help young people to enjoy being active and develop a passion for sport that will last for life. The courses will run from Tuesday 29 May to Friday 1 June.

Get In! Skills Clinics are short, intensive courses designed to give a foundation in a sport. The ‘clinics’ offer a fantastic range of fun activities for those looking to improve their abilities or to learn to swim and ice-skate. For the future stars of track and field, there are also athletics masterclasses available, where activities will include long jump, hurdles, javelin and running.
