08 Jun Chelmsford Bar & Brasserie Launches Thai Nights

The new look Channels Bar & Brasserie restaurant which has recently undergone a huge makeover, is hosting Thai Nights every Wednesday at its 15th century farmhouse location on the outskirts of the village of Little Waltham.
Guest chef Pim, who formerly ran a food stall in Chelmsford market, has been brought in to work with the experienced brigade of chefs.
Thai starters are served at the table and followed by a buffet style main course of delicious dishes featuring the famous sweet and sour, hot and salty flavours that capture the national aroma of Thailand.
Thai nights are an extension of the new Channels menu which fuses traditional British favourites with European & Asian cuisine.
The new look 80-cover restaurant offers a variety of different spaces in which to eat, drink and relax including cosy lounge areas and three private dining rooms for a more intimate dining experience.
