A charity ball held earlier this month has been hailed a success after it raised more than £12,000 for Basildon Hospital
Glamourous guests helped raise more than £12,500 for the Polly Parrot Appeal at Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals Trust NHS Foundation Trust.
More than 150 people attended the ball on Saturday 6 October at Stock Brook Manor, in Billericay.
The appeal is to raise money to enhance children’s services across sites and departments at Basildon and Orsett Hospital.
