To celebrate one year since the CAFFEIN brand began, as well as GCSE results week, the matcha café is offering its drinks for just £2 across two days this August.
On Friday 21 and Sunday 23 August, guests visiting CAFFEIN in Angel can enjoy a matcha drink for only £2, giving students the perfect place to celebrate their results with friends, or simply enjoy a well-earned end-of-summer treat.
CAFFEIN specialises in ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Yame, Japan, served alongside a playful menu of classic and flavoured drinks. The café’s signatures include its White Chocolate Matcha along with summer specials such as Yuzu Matcha Tonic and Blood Orange Matcha Tonic.
Since the brand began one year ago, CAFFEIN has built a growing community around making premium matcha more approachable, fun and accessible. Its Angel café opened this summer, bringing the brand’s colourful drinks and Japanese ceremonial-grade matcha to Islington.
The £2 Matcha Bonanza will be available in-store at CAFFEIN Angel on Friday 21 and Sunday 23 August 2026.
