The Brentwood Centre team won an amazing five awards last week for services across the sporting spectrum.
The local sporting centre wowed at the Active Brentwood Sports Awards 2017 held at South Essex Golf Club.
The winners from Brentwood Centre were:
Paul Guest
Sports Personality of the Year (Wheelchair Basketball and Invictus Games bronze medalist)
Lee Patmore
Services to Disability (including Wheelchair Basketball and gym)
Barbell Girls- Joanna Beattie
Strength training for women
Fitness in Mind
Changing Lives through Physical Activity
Ben Ashley
Unsung hero award
Autism Friendy gym sessions for young people
