The emergence of spring and exercising outdoors has a number of positive effects on your mental wellbeing. During the spring months, being surrounded by nature can help people feel increasingly calm; an effect that is amplified when exercising and can help distract people from the on-going stresses they encounter in everyday life. Playing rugby also allows participants to take any frustrations they may have in their lives and channel them into their play on the pitch.
