Blenheim Estate Homes and its build partner Pye Homes have announced the upcoming launch of its newest development at Hill Rise, its most sustainable community yet on the edge of Woodstock in Oxfordshire. Despite Pye Homes only commencing the work on phase 1 of the site in early 2025, Hill Rise has already picked up accolades – named as one of the big winners in the 2024 Housing Design Awards.
