07 Jan Bill’s Launches Limited Edition OGGS® Dishes This Veganuary
This Veganuary, Bill’s Restaurant and Bar invites you to kick-star the New Year with its revived vegan brunch dishes, created in collaboration with OGGS® and exclusive to Bill’s.
Launching on Tuesday, 4th January, the partnership will be available throughout January. It will see OGGS®, the plant-based egg alternative brand, provide a vegan twist to the already popular brunch menu at Bill’s. These new dishes are the perfect alternative for those wanting to jumpstart Veganuary.
Whether you’re rising from your slumber on a weekend morning or seeking the best brunch in the city, head to Bill’s to try out OGGS®’ newest innovation, Scrambled OGGS®. The first egg alternative in the world to be made from chickpea protein, Scrambled OGGS® has already scooped food industry awards for best Innovation and flavour taking the title “World’s Best Egg Alternative”. This Veganuary, Bill’s is serving up Scrambled OGGS® on toast (£7.50). For those looking for added flavour, why not add on vegan bacon for £1.95.
No brunch menu is complete without a full English breakfast. This January, Bill’s is adding the Bill’s Plant Plate (£12.95) composed of Scrambled OGGS®, vegan bacon and meat-free Cumberland sausage, mushrooms, fried potatoes, baked beans, toast and roasted plum tomatoes for an added melt in your mouth texture.
Still craving more? Choose a comforting bowl of porridge with Bill’s Apple, Maple and Cinnamon Porridge (£6.50) made up of creamy coconut, topped with apples, blueberries and cinnamon sugar. To end your brunch, choose the Padron Peppers (£4.95) made with grilled padron peppers and topped with miso.
Whether you are looking for a place to enjoy brunch with family, or to simply start off the day right with a catchup with friends, Bill’s is the destination for a plant-based brunch this Veganuary.
