20 Aug Billericay Town sail to comfortable victory against Dulwich Hamlet

Billericay Town FC travelled away to Dulwich Hamlet FC in a challenging away game however they sailed through the match comfortably secured a 3-1 victory against the South London side.
The crunch fixture which was watched by some 1,688 fans saw hundreds of Billericay fans make the journey from Essex.
Sam Deering’s ball in the 43rd minute was swept home by Billy Bricknell putting Billericay in front, Ash Carew levelled the score for Dulwich just before half-time.
A 71-minute penalty to Billericay saw Billy Bricknell step up and he powered the ball into the far corner putting his side 2-1 up, the match winner was an opportunistic shot by Jake Robinson from his own half which sealed a 3-1 win the Blues.
