Families in Billericay are set for a fantastic Easter as Your Billericay brings a town-wide Easter Trail, a special Easter Fun Day and a sunflower growing competition to the High Street this spring.

Running from Friday 27th March to Friday 10th April, the Billericay Easter Trail invites families to explore the town while searching for Easter images displayed in shop windows along the High Street. Entry forms can be posted into the entry box at Waitrose Billericay.
Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Waitrose voucher.
The Easter fun continues on Friday 3rd April (10am – 3pm) with Your Billericay’s Easter Fun Day on the High Street. Children will have the chance to meet the Easter Bunny, plant their own sunflower seed to take home and grow, and enjoy a fun-filled day in the heart of the town.
Those taking part in the planting image004.jpgactivity can also enter the Sunflower Growing Competition, with the tallest sunflower winning a £50 voucher for Wildwood Billericay. Participants simply need to submit a photo of their sunflower next to a tape measure to the Your Billericay Facebook page by 10th July.
Nikki Machin, BID Manager for Your Billericay commented, “We’re really excited to bring some Easter fun to the High Street for local families. The trail is a great way to explore the town and support local businesses, and we can’t wait to see children getting involved with the sunflower competition too.”
The Easter activities are kindly sponsored by Kumon Billericay, based in the Chantry Centre, a globally recognised learning programme that helps children build strong maths and English skills while developing confidence and independent learning.
