Beresfords has launched its latest office at 77-79 High Street Brentwood. The award-winning estate agents have had a base in the town since 1981, but their new branch office takes pride of place in Brentwood’s bustling High Street and has been fitted with Beresfords freshest shop-fit design and latest marketing materials.
The new office was officially opened on 27th January and the team celebrated with an open day for the public. Clients on the day were treated to a glass of bubbly and specially-decorated Beresfords cupcakes.
Carl Gable, Area Director, Beresfords Brentwood, remarked: “Beresfords has enjoyed a strong presence in Brentwood for a long time and the local housing market is very buoyant, especially with the imminent launch of Crossrail services.
“One of the first things we noticed when we opened was how many more people are walking through the door enquiring about property compared to before. We’ve found a real surge of interest especially from investors, first time buyers and those looking to commute into London.”
